ReWash Club helps service businesses manage customer plans and communications. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to ReWash Club, a service-plan management platform, and to customer communications sent through the platform by participating service providers. For the Kidd’s ProWash messaging program, Kidd’s ProWash is the sender and ReWash Club provides the technology used to manage those communications.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mobile number, service address, property details, service-plan information, agreement acceptance, communication preferences, service photos, support requests, and messages exchanged with your service provider.
We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, authentication events, and usage data needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
- Provide and secure your member portal and service-plan records.
- Schedule and document service visits.
- Send requested account, appointment, technician-arrival, work-status, and support communications.
- Maintain customer service history and respond to requests.
- Improve reliability, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Mobile information and SMS privacy
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages or operate the platform, and only as needed to provide those services. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing. Text-message frequency varies based on scheduled services and customer activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
You may reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us to update your preferences, request access to your information, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion where applicable. Opting out of texts does not prevent essential email or portal notices when otherwise permitted.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
