Using ReWash Club

ReWash Club provides tools for service-plan agreements, visits, photos, reminders, customer support, and related records. Your individual service agreement, pricing, cancellation terms, and scope of work are set by your service provider and remain separate from these platform terms.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep sign-in links and account access secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Kidd’s ProWash SMS program

Customers may opt in while completing a Kidd’s ProWash service agreement or another clearly disclosed consent form. The customer provides a mobile number and checks a separate, unchecked box agreeing to receive service-related text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Messages you may receive

• Appointment reminders and scheduling changes.
• Technician “on the way” and work-started notifications.
• Service completion updates and report notices.
• Replies to customer support or service-plan questions.

Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on scheduled services, account activity, and customer requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and message delivery may vary by location and device.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal and mobile information is handled. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the service to send unsolicited messages. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, service providers, or the platform.
